Our strategy for 2020 is simple, but compelling: "To Serve and Grow", affording healthcare excellence for our communities. The strategic imperatives that guide us, along with strong community support, will keep us on the road "To Serve and Grow".
During the next 10 years, the key result areas of focus for our healthcare organization will be: Alignment with Physicians. Aligning physicians with our efforts to deliver excellent health care without the worries of the business component of a practice will result in staying power within our organization and community. Adding more and different specialists to the medical staff mix will result in even more diverse care available close to home. Grow and Maintain our Market Share. Our focus will be on aligning with rural critical access hospitals, employing more primary and specialty care physicians, gaining national recognition through accreditation or certification of Centers of Excellence, developing immediate care services throughout our service area and remaining competitive from a pricing standpoint. Leverage Information Technology. Information technology is key to organizational success in the 21st century. It is also key to our ability to provide physician office support services in the areas of electronic medical records, billing, collection, coding, human resources, pricing, contracting and more. Capitalize on our Organization's Excellence. The future of our organization rests in the hands of every single physician, Associate, Auxiliary volunteer, patient and visitor. Our aim is to achieve "Center of Excellence" designations through The Joint Commission and accrediting bodies in orthopedics, spine, cardiac, trauma and more.
