McDowell Wellness Center is offering an evening Boot Camp to get individuals in shape while losing weight.
The Boot Camp will begin June 13, meeting from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. each Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday for six weeks.
This is a basic training class comprised of exercises that are used to train military personnel. These include push-ups, sit-ups, jumping jacks, crunches, up-downs and running.
The cost is $30 for Wellness Center members and $60 for non-members. Class size is limited, so advance sign-up is recommended.
