CHILDBIRTH CLASSES

FIT-FOR-LIFE
This is an exercise class for expectant mothers to
seniors, who may join the class at any time.
Each Monday and Wednesday, from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
We also offer a Deep Water Class, each Tuesday and
Thursday, from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Cost: $6 per class or $49.50 per month
Location: McDowell Wellness Center
SIBLINGS CLASS

PREPARING TO BREASTFEED

DIABETES SELF-MANAGEMENT
This is an educational program, provided in a group
format and recognized by the American Diabetes Association,
for individuals with newly-diagnosed diabetes or uncontrolled
diabetes. New referrals are scheduled on Mondays
from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

SMOKING CESSATION
These free support group meetings are sponsored by
the Boyle County Health Department. Call (859)236-2053

Cost: $525, which includes a book and workbook,
the cost for state boards and CPR certification.
