COMMUNITY CPR FOR HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS

CHILDBIRTH CLASSES

MOMS ON THE MOVE
This is an exercise class for mothers, who may join the class at any time.
Each Monday and Wednesday, from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Cost:  Free for members; $49.50 for non-members; no enrollment fee
Location:  McDowell Wellness Center

SIBLINGS CLASS
October 8; December 10, 2009
6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Location:  Women’s Health Unit Conference Room

PREPARING TO BREASTFEED
October 27; November 24; December 22, 2009
7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Location:  Women’s Health Unit Conference Room

DIABETES SELF-MANAGEMENT
This is an educational program, provided in a group format and recognized by the American Diabetes Association, for individuals with newly-diagnosed diabetes or uncontrolled diabetes.  New referrals are scheduled on Tuesdays from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.  For information, call (859)239-1820.  To make a referral, call (859)239-1282.

SMOKING CESSATION           
These free support group meetings are sponsored by the Boyle County Health Department.  Call (859)236-2053 to register for next available class.

Have fun exercising while learning Latin dance moves!!!
