Retirement Savings Plan – Ephraim McDowell will match up to 8% of your base earnings on a pre-tax basis. The match on lesser amounts varies, but is a substantial contribution to your retirement portfolio.
Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance – Associates have a choice of insurance options available. Whether choosing medical, dental, vision or all three or a combination, Associates can select varying levels of coverage.
Basic Life Insurance & AD&D – We provide full-time Associates free life insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment coverage of 1.5 x annual salary beginning the first day of employment.
Education Assistance – We offer student loan reimbursement for hard-to-fill positions. Tuition reimbursement is also available to Associates who are ineligible for student loans and/or meet service requirements.
